How fast do you actually reply?
Sales and product support average under 4 hours during team hours (Mon–Fri · 9 AM–9 PM Gulf Standard Time). Partnership and press inquiries are typically replied to within 48 hours. Every message is answered by a real human — no auto-responders pretending to be AI.
Can I schedule a live demo?
Absolutely. Email hello@goscurry.ai with "demo request" in the subject and mention your team size and primary meeting tool (Fireflies, Otter, etc.). We'll send you a Calendly link.
Is there a phone number?
Not publicly — we're a small distributed team and email lets us respond faster and with better context than phone tag. If a call is genuinely the right next step, we'll happily jump on a video call once we understand what you need.
Where are you based?
GoScurry FZCO is registered with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, UAE. Our servers are in Germany. Our team is distributed across multiple time zones — so someone's usually awake and reading email.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes — standard 15% recurring commission through FirstPromoter. Email us with "affiliate" in the subject for details and signup link.
I'm a journalist / analyst — can I get a briefing?
Yes. Email with "press" in the subject, tell us your outlet and angle, and we'll schedule a founder briefing. We can provide screenshots, roadmap context, and funding background on request.
Where do I report a security issue?
Email hello@goscurry.ai with "security" in the subject. We take responsible disclosure seriously and will respond within 24 hours to confirm receipt.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime — in your Scurry settings or by emailing us. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and any leftover Acorns are yours to use during that window. Full details in the Terms of Service.
