Do I need Pipedrive to use Scurry?
No. The core product works with just a transcript source and email account. Pipedrive adds CRM-powered intelligence — filtering, deal-stage checks, conditional logic — but it's optional. See how the core product works →
Does Scurry write data back to Pipedrive?
Not by default. The core integration reads from Pipedrive for smart filtering — it doesn't write activities, notes, or emails back. This keeps your CRM clean. That said, the Action component (available on all plans) can push data to Pipedrive if you configure it — create activities with field mapping, fire webhooks, etc. It's opt-in.
When do CRM checks happen — at queue time or send time?
Send time. If a deal status changes between when a sequence is created and when an individual email is scheduled to send, Scurry catches it. No stale follow-ups going to closed deals.
Which Pipedrive plans does it work with?
Scurry works with all Pipedrive plans that support API access and OAuth (Essential and up). No Pipedrive Advanced/Professional upgrade required.

Which Pipedrive fields can I use in AI Filters?
Any field accessible via the Pipedrive API — stage, value, owner, expected close, last activity, all your custom fields, and any deal/contact/org attribute. Rules read these as conditions before Scurry sends.
What about HubSpot, Salesforce, other CRMs?
HubSpot is next on the native roadmap. For anything else, the Action component + webhooks lets you fire events to any system. If there's a CRM you want native support for, let us know.
