Integrations

Plug Scurry into the tools you already use.

Scurry doesn't replace anything. It connects — to your meeting tool, your inbox, your CRM — and handles the follow-up sequence in between.

The Stack

Three buckets. One pipeline.

Every tool Scurry touches slots into one of three places — transcript in, email out, CRM on the side.

1Transcript in

Where the meeting lives

Whatever records and transcribes your calls. Fireflies is native OAuth; everything else POSTs to our open endpoint.

2Sequence out

Your inbox does the sending

Emails go out through your own mailbox — your name, your domain, your reputation. One inbox is enough.

Gmail logoGmail / Workspace Native Outlook logoOutlook / M365 Native

Reply detection runs in real time on both — sequences auto-stop the moment a prospect writes back.

3CRM on the side

Optional deal intelligence

Wire in your CRM for deal-stage checks, conditional sending, and push-back writes. Completely optional.

Native OAuth · One click

Four tools. One click each.

No webhooks to configure. No passwords stored. OAuth hands Scurry a scoped token and the pipeline is live.

Fireflies.ai

Native
Transcript source

Our primary native transcript integration. OAuth connects your Fireflies workspace — transcripts flow in automatically after every call.

  • One-click OAuth
  • Auto-ingest, no webhooks
  • Works on every plan
  • Full meeting metadata

Pipedrive

Native Optional
CRM

Deep native CRM integration. Deal-stage checks, smart filtering, and send-time conditional logic — so stale sequences never hit closed deals.

  • Deal-stage filters
  • Person & org lookup
  • Write-back via Action
  • Conditional sending

Gmail · Google Workspace

Native Required*
Email sender

Emails send through your own Gmail — your name, your address, your domain. Scurry never sees your password. Pub/Sub powers real-time reply detection.

  • Your domain reputation
  • Real-time Pub/Sub replies
  • Zero-password OAuth
  • Sent folder visibility

Outlook · Microsoft 365

Native Required*
Email sender

Full Microsoft 365 support via OAuth. Graph subscriptions handle real-time reply detection on the Outlook side — same zero-password model as Gmail.

  • Graph API subscriptions
  • Instant reply detection
  • Zero-password OAuth
  • Shared & delegated mailboxes

*Required means you need one inbox connected to send — either Gmail or Outlook. Pipedrive is optional.

Open Endpoint

Every other transcript tool works too.

If your tool produces a transcript and can send HTTP, it works with Scurry. Point a webhook at our endpoint — same sequence, same pipeline, no native integration required.

Common Question

What about Zoom, Meet, and Teams?

These are meeting platforms, not transcript tools — they don't push transcripts to outside apps. But the fix doesn't change how you run meetings at all.

Zoom
Google Meet
Teams

Your meeting platform

Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams — same as always.

Fireflies

A transcript tool joins

Fireflies records, transcribes, and hands the transcript to Scurry.

Scurry sends the sequence

Personalized follow-up ships through your inbox. Done.

Zoom
Zoom — no transcript webhook to external services
Google Meet
Google Meet — Gemini notes stay inside Google
Teams
Teams — Copilot transcripts stay inside M365
The practical setup:use Zoom, Meet, or Teams for the call. Add a tool like Fireflies to record and transcribe in the background. Fireflies sends the transcript to Scurry natively — you get the follow-up sequence automatically. Nothing changes about how you run meetings.
FAQ

Integration questions.

Which integrations are native vs. endpoint-based?
Native OAuth: Fireflies (transcript), Pipedrive (CRM), Gmail (email), Outlook (email). Everything else — Otter, Gong, Fathom, tl;dv, Read.ai, MeetGeek — connects through our open transcript endpoint. Both paths deliver the same end result: transcript in, personalized sequence out.
Can Scurry connect directly to Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams?
Not directly. Those are meeting platforms — they don't push meeting transcripts out to external endpoints. The fix is to pair them with a dedicated transcript tool like Fireflies, which joins your calls, transcribes them, and sends the transcript to Scurry automatically. No workflow change needed on your end.
Is Pipedrive required to use Scurry?
No. Pipedrive is optional. The core product works with just a transcript source and an email account. Pipedrive adds CRM-powered filtering, deal-stage checks, and conditional logic — powerful, but not required. See the Pipedrive integration →
What is the Scurry transcript endpoint?
A simple HTTP endpoint. Any tool that exports a transcript can POST to it — we receive the transcript and build a personalized follow-up sequence from it. Works with the major transcript tools and with custom-built internal tools too.
Do I need Gmail AND Outlook, or just one?
Just one. You need at least one email account connected for Scurry to send from. Most users connect either Gmail or Outlook, not both. Your sequences send through your own inbox — your domain, your reputation, your sent folder.
Can Scurry write data back to my CRM?
Yes — the Action component (available on all plans) can push data to Pipedrive or fire webhooks to any external system. The core native Pipedrive integration reads from your CRM for filtering; the Action component handles writes.
What's coming next for integrations?
HubSpot native integration is in development. Beyond that, we prioritize based on customer demand — if there's a tool you want native support for, let us know.

Your stack already works. Scurry just connects it.

One-click OAuth for the four tools most teams already use. Open endpoint for everything else.
