Do AI Filters really understand the transcript, or is it just keyword matching?+
Real understanding. Filters read the full transcript with context. "Only send if budget was discussed" works even if the exact word "budget" was never said — "we've got $50k earmarked" counts. That's the whole point.
What actually happens when a prospect replies mid-sequence?+
Scurry detects the reply in real time (Gmail Pub/Sub, Outlook Graph — push, not polling) and stops the sequence. It catches replies on different threads, and replies from colleagues at the same company. You get a notification; the queued emails are pulled.
What’s the difference between Fresh Check and reply detection?+
Reply detection is always-on and catches the obvious — they wrote back, you stop. Fresh Check is an AI gate that runs right before each send and checks subtler signals: deal-stage drift, colleague activity at the org, sentiment changes, context freshness. Depending on what’s changed it can pause, reschedule, skip the email, or cancel the sequence. Belt and suspenders.
Can I edit any email before it sends?+
Yes. Everything sits in a review queue until send time. You can approve, edit by hand, Quick AI Edit ("make it more casual"), reorder, or cancel. Flag any email as "Requires Review" and it won't send at all without your tap. AI drafts — you decide what ships.
Do I need a CRM for Scurry to work?+
