Do Acorns expire?
No. Acorns never expire. Unused Acorns roll over month after month. No use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
You drop to Seedling (free). You keep your Acorn balance, your data, and can still use Seedling features. Upgrade anytime to unlock more.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features and Acorn allocation.
What if I run out of Acorns?
Grab a top-up pack anytime. Acorns from top-ups never expire either. Or upgrade to a higher plan for a better Acorn allocation.

What's the difference between AI Filters and Fresh Check?

What is the Research Component?
A premium enrichment feature on Redwood that automatically researches contacts and organizations — pulling website data, LinkedIn profiles, and CRM context to generate a 10-section intelligence brief. Scurry uses this to write emails that reference the prospect's actual business, role, and recent news — not just the meeting.
Why are contacts limited on Seedling, Oak, and Redwood?
Each contact in Scurry carries a full memory layer — meetings, emails, deal history, AI summaries. Storing that in a way the AI can instantly retrieve costs real money per contact. The limits reflect storage cost, not arbitrary gating. Ancient Forest includes unlimited contacts with dedicated infrastructure.
Can I use Scurry without a CRM?
Yes. Transcript source plus email account is all you need. Connecting Pipedrive adds deal-stage awareness, pre-send CRM checks, and conditional logic, but it's optional.
