Fireflies × Scurry

Every meeting, a full follow-up sequence.

Connect Fireflies once. Every transcript — product demo, discovery call, client check-in — becomes a personalized multi-touch email sequence. Drafted for you, sent by you. No copy-paste, no prompt writing.

Native OAuth Free on all plans Works on Fireflies free plan

Other tools summarize your meetings. Other tools let you send sequences. We're the only one that turns the first into the second — automatically.

What You Get

Three ways Fireflies makes sequences automatic.

Native OAuth. Every Fireflies meeting becomes a full multi-touch follow-up sequence — without copy-paste, prompt writing, or a second screen.

01

Auto-triggered on every meeting — zero clicks

When Fireflies finishes processing a call, the transcript flows to Scurry. A personalized sequence gets drafted and lands in your review queue — ready for you to read, tweak, and send. Internal syncs and 1:1s can stay out of the flow entirely.

Internal sync · Weekly Int Skip
02

AI reads the full transcript — not just a summary

Scurry doesn't paraphrase Fireflies' summary. It reads the entire conversation — objections, budget hints, decision makers, next steps — and writes emails that reference what was actually said.

READS transcript full text
EXTRACTS objections, budget, dates
IDENTIFIES decision maker & blockers
WRITES sequence that answers them
03

Native OAuth — connect once, never touch it again

One OAuth approve, nothing to configure. Scurry pulls meeting metadata, participants, and transcripts directly — no webhooks to set up, no transcripts to paste, no "did that sync?" moments. Connect it once and forget it exists.

How it decides

One meeting. One transcript. One full sequence.

This is what happens the moment you hang up — Fireflies finishes the transcript, hands it to Scurry, and a multi-touch sequence lands in your review queue. You read it, tweak what you want, hit send when you're ready.

Setup

Literally one step. Then it just runs.

Fireflies is the simplest integration we have. One OAuth approval and transcripts start flowing. No rules to configure, no webhooks to set up, no filters to tune — Scurry's AI handles all of that downstream.

1

Connect Fireflies

Click "Connect Fireflies" in Scurry. Approve read-access to your transcripts on the OAuth screen. That's the entire setup.

One OAuth approve · one time
2

Done

Every future meeting transcript flows into Scurry automatically. Our AI reads it, decides if it's worth a sequence, and drafts one for your review. Zero maintenance.

Not on Fireflies yet? Their free plan works with Scurry.

We tested it ourselves — Fireflies' free tier gives you meeting recording, transcription, and full API access. That's all Scurry needs on the Fireflies side. Pair it with Scurry's free Seedling plan and you're running automatic meeting-to-sequence follow-ups at zero cost.

Other Transcript Tools

Prefer Otter, Gong, Fathom, or something else?

Scurry has an open transcript endpoint — any tool that exports a text transcript plugs in. Fireflies is our native OAuth partner (and the easiest setup), but the others are fully supported too.

Tool not listed? If it exports a text transcript, it works. See all transcript tools →

Data Scope

What Scurry reads — and what it doesn't.

Read-only. Transcript + metadata only. Your audio, private notes, and the rest of your Fireflies workspace stay untouched.

Scurry reads from Fireflies

Meeting transcript — the full text, not just the summary
Meeting metadata — title, type, duration, date/time
Participants — names, emails, host vs. external attendees
Action items & topics — for smarter sequence structure

🚫Scurry does not access

Audio or video recordings — transcript only
Other users' meetings you weren't invited to
Private notes or comments inside Fireflies
Billing, workspace admin, or account settings
Does not delete, edit, or modify your Fireflies data
Why this matters: Meeting transcripts contain pricing, pipeline details, confidential conversations. Scurry's scope is deliberately narrow — read transcripts, write emails, never write back into Fireflies.

Want to filter before processing? Use meeting type, keywords, or attendee domain filters in Scurry settings. Internal syncs and 1:1s can be excluded entirely — they never leave Fireflies.
Fireflies Partner

Native OAuth. No keys, no webhooks, no middleware.

Scurry connects directly to your Fireflies workspace via official OAuth — the same way Fireflies connects to Slack, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Approve once, transcripts flow forever.

Every client call, every follow-up — drafted for you

20+ external meetings a week, all on Fireflies. Before Scurry: follow-up emails were 1-line "great meeting you" templates sent the next day if at all. Now: every transcript auto-generates a personalized 4-email sequence that references what was actually discussed — you review, tweak, and send.

FAQ

Fireflies integration questions.

Do I need Fireflies to use Scurry?
No — but Fireflies is the native fit. Any tool that generates a meeting transcript works with Scurry. Otter, Gong, Fathom, tl;dv, Read.ai, and custom tools connect through our open transcript endpoint. Fireflies is currently the only one with native OAuth, which makes it the most hands-off option. See how the core product works →
How fast after a Fireflies meeting does Scurry start writing?
As soon as Fireflies hands off the completed transcript. Scurry picks it up, generates the full multi-touch sequence, and drops it into your review queue automatically — you just need to eyeball it, tweak anything you want, and hit send.
Does Scurry access my Fireflies audio recordings?
No. Scurry only reads the text transcript, participant info, and meeting metadata. Audio and video stay inside Fireflies — we never pull them, never store them, never process them.
Can I filter which Fireflies meetings trigger a sequence?
Yes. Filter by meeting type (product demo, discovery, client check-in), keywords in the title or transcript, attendee domain (external only), meeting length, and more. Internal syncs and 1:1s can skip Scurry entirely while external client meetings auto-generate sequences. Set rules once; they apply to every future meeting.
Which Fireflies plans work with Scurry?
Every Fireflies plan works — including the free plan. Scurry only needs API access and a connected account. We've tested it on the free tier ourselves.
Is the Fireflies integration on Scurry's free plan?
Yes. Fireflies integration is available on every Scurry plan — including Seedling (free forever). See pricing →
Does Scurry read the summary or the full transcript?
The full transcript. Fireflies' AI summary is a great at-a-glance tool, but summaries lose the nuance that makes follow-up emails land — the specific objection phrasing, the pricing question, the name of the person who'll be the blocker. Scurry reads the whole conversation so the sequence can reference real moments.
What if I use Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams without Fireflies?
Those are meeting platforms — they don't push transcripts to external tools automatically. The easiest fix is to add Fireflies alongside your existing meeting tool. Fireflies joins your calls, records, transcribes, and sends the transcript to Scurry. Nothing changes about how you run meetings. More on meeting tools →
